LS series screw conveyor
LS screw conveyor (hereinafter referred to as Screw Conveyor) has a new structure with advanced technology parameters,and the bearings in head and tail are moved out of the shell; the middle hanging bearing adopts two structures of rolling and sliding that can exchange each other,and all of them are equipped with dustproof sealing arrangement. There is no sweeping device in discharge end, lower noise of the overall unit, strong flexibility, and easy maintenance, and flexible disposal in charge and discharge position.
Screw Conveyor is widely used in industries for building materials, electric power, chemical engineering, metallurgy, coal, magnesium and aluminum, machinery, light industry, commissariat and foods; it’s suitable to convey materials of powder, grainy and small nuggets in level or obliquity that is not greater than 20 degrees, such as cement coal fine, commissariat, chemical fertilizer, clinker, sands and etc, and the materials temperature is below 20centi degree.
Materials that are easy to metamorphose and agglomerate or with strong glutinosity are not in conveying scope, because the materials will felt on the screw when conveying, and circumgyrate with it and not move ahead or form jam of materials in the hanging bearing, that makes the screw conveyor do not work normally.
There are 5 specifications as per screw diameters from 200mm to 500mm, length is from 4m to 7m, 500mm,while choosing models, it should accord with standard nominal length, the special requirements should be brought forward when choosing and matching segment.
